UBP X800 blu ray player -

hello

i have ubp-x800 blu ray and avr dolby atmos receiver. i can watch and listen to atmos movie if i add an atmos blu ray disc, but i try to download an atmos movie and i added it on a normal usb device.. i can only see the picture but i cant listen to voice. there is no voice (if i try to play it on the pc the voice is ok, only if i add it on the usb and put it on the sony blu ray i cant listen to any sound)//what should i do? thanks

Maybe that's related to the file format on the USB. I've checked the manual of the player and on page 31 it states specific formats. The link to the manual is here: https://bit.ly/2oQvSJ2.

Thanks a lot for the reply!i will have a look.. i am using .mkv format.. i just worry if ny usb is naybe too old? Its Sandisk ultra 3.0 version
