Battery Backup Issue Xperia E4g

HI,

Sometimes my xperia E4g battery drains from 14% to directly 1% in just few 10 to 15 minutes,

And sometimes runs properly

My Imei 

Dont know whats the problem with battery.

Sometimes when i switch off my phone it also does not get start for atleast 5 to 10 minutes.

Is there any problem with chipset or charging/backup chipset.

My phone drop from 60% to 1 and switch off immediately.
When is 100 it drops with 4hrs when I use WhatsApp.

Im having a battery problem i use the phone connected to the charger if not it shurt down when i turn it on. It shows battery empty and off again where can I get a new battery

Yes, The problem does exists after trying the steps mentioned in the given link. Is there any solution for this problem?

I had the same issue on my e4. Idk whether the software or the battery caused the problem. The battery status was good but i wasnt sure it was gucci. Then I flashed and rooted my phone, none of them worked, but strangely the battery replacement worked. I even replaced it myself to make it cheaper, lol.
