Sony RX100 iii (m3) - can't buy any app from PlayMemories????

Hello,

I'm user from Czech Republic, I bought camera Rx100 iii (m3) and I can't buy any application from PlayMemories. WHY? Czech customers are less important for Sony corp.? When I try buy app from account for other country, it's not possible too. For Czech customers don't exist application shop.

Please, can you help me someone? I want buy a Time laps app, for stupid 10 USB .. but Sony can't enabled me this transaction.

What I can do?

I have same promlem in UK with ILCE 6000. When trying to download via PC I get an error code of #D-ResultCode and when trying to download via wifi on camera I get to Pay and get Internal Error.

Not tried to download any other apps so not sure if only this one.

I have reported Error Code to Sony but had no rsponse in about a week.
