Sony HX400V problems with up-loading video to Facebook

For some reason my HX400V video images will not upload to Facebook, whereas I have no problems uploading still images. Has anyone else had this problem? There must surely be an answer, it does not make sense the HX400V can upload still pics but not videos

you try with PlayMemories Home I think... If is true, have you modified the max dimension of uploaded file in Tools > Settings > Share Services?
