Hi, after switching on the TV, it typically takes around 2-4 minutes to connect to the wifi, with a "searching for IP address" message if you navigate to the wifi setting. I do not have this connectivity issue/delay with any other device, such as laptops so I was just wondering whether this is a known issue, or whether there might be any setting affecting this?

You have probably problems with your DHCP service on your router. You may avoid this by selecting a static IP for your TV

Thanks! The firmware update worked. Strange that the "software auto update" didnt download this update automatically, it stated the software was already up to date so I had to use the USB stick option!
Happy to hear it worked. From what I know the software version isn't launched for the automatic update fully when it's new. It might take up to a month or so.
