SONY NEX-7 External Mic Noise

Hello

I'm having a trouble with my external mic. It works well with other devices. But I hear noise in the videos recorded with my camera.

Yes, I have 1.03. Is this the latest version?

According to the support page, it is the latest, yes.

Have you tried resetting the camera or using a different external microphone?

Resetting didn't help. I've tried a mic from my headphones. It works better. It's strange because the camera mic works fine on PC. I think the problem is with audio levels, I can't find any settings about this.
