Sensor Cleaning A7S

hello 

can anyone tell me how to and the best products to use to clean mirrorless sensors. I have a sony A7S and A7sii and pay £72 to get them cleaned professionally however the last time spots still appeared so would like to know how to prevent can care for these cameras . Thanks
