Flash Advice Sony A6000

I'm in the market for an external flash for my Sony A6000. Ideally looking to spend <£100 and would like something that Auto syncs to the cameras settings. Any recommendations?
Alternatively I see brands like Neewer and Meike on Amazon. It looks like these are manual flashes but any recommendations would be appreciated.

I'd suggest checking out the Godox  Sony range. Then see if it's cheaper when rebranded as Neewer.
