Hi,
I have an Xperia Z, with a cracked screen that is not responding to touch anymore.
Tried to copy files from Phone to PC, but I'm not able to see the sd-card or files.
Tried the PC Companion. It sees the phone, but say's it has to be unlocked. Which is not possible anymore.
I also tried MyPhoneExplorer (which seems to have spyware on board according TrendMicro), but also no success.
Please help, because I need my 1100 pictures....
Kind regards, Jelmer

if you use a cable like this you can connect a mouse and then unlock your screen. Thats how i did it.

How did you turn it off and on when you can't use the touch screen to confirm switch off! I have the same problem - O2 will repair my phone if I send it off but it will be wiped and I have lots of stuff that I want from it 😞

if its the same as the Z1 there's a tiny red reset button next to the Sim card holder, press it in it turns the phone off but doesn't restart it
