Xperia xa dual, but unable to use dual sim

Recently bought xa dual but am unable to use two Sims but the Sims work fine when the SIM is inserted separately in the same phone. I used my friend SIM the second tray and it works fine. Pls advise

Can you describe the problem you are experiencing? Is the other similar not detected or does it show any error?
