XA1 Ultra keeps rebooting when connecting to my home wifi
Hi, I just bought Xperia XA1 Ultra 2 days ago. When I went home to setup my home WiFi, the phone started rebooting continuously. I have to force close by pressing power & up volume button.
Being a new handset I just purchased, I went back to the shop.
When they connect their WiFi there, there's no issue of the rebooting and they set up the phone for me.
But once I get back home and do the connection with my home WiFi, the rebooting started again.
I'm so frustrated with this that I can't prove the phone having problems with the shop and I have to use my phone's data plan for online services.
Can anyone assist me with this issue?
Thanks.

Yes, that's right. Which doesn't makes sense. I tried using my other mobile phone as Hotspot WiFi. XA1 Ultra connects just fine without rebooting.
I tried switching off and on my home router but to no avail. The problem persist when I connect to the home WiFi.

That's rather odd, what if you repair the phone with XC >>> Xperia Companion and do NOT restore anything, just test it for few minutes.

It's still the same. I've tried repairing but the problem still persists.

Just an update on my issue: today the new update for my phone came out and after updating it, the WiFi is working fine now. Thus the problem lies with the earlier version of the software.
