Unable to copy data from internal to external memory

How can I move data from internal to external. I have trying to move using file commander and file explore also but got failed.

Have you tried copying content with the built in file Explorer?
Settings, storage, three dots top right, advanced, storage, click on internal, then click explore.
You then can use the built in Android file manager and test if moving files works with the phones most core file manager.

I have the same issue. Yet not fixed.

Its working properly. I tried even system restore. Not working.

Can use system storage management, which allows me to copy from internal memory , then past in external , then i have to delete source from internal.its a really mess.and waste of time. Why dont sony give us bundled file manager with all the permission.

Go to Settings -> Apps -> File Commander -> Permissions -> Enable Storage permission.

I transferred my photo to sd card, but after i want to open it, the file cannot be loaded. This is the 3rd sd card i tried and same issue happen. Im very sure its not my sd card problem.
