Problem with screen

Hi I had my phone in my pocket yesterday and noticed the marks on the screen as you can see in the photo.Has anyone got any ideas as to what it is and how I can fix it please

I'm sorry to hear this. It does look like this is related to your devices hardware. I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to make sure nothing software related is causing this behavior.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior after doing a software repair, I'd recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
