Hi @Tysimon1991,
Welcome to the community.
You may experience that the Xperia X Performance has issues with the accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, ambient light, proximity and the barometer. One of the most common signs that the sensor has stopped working is that the screen rotation doesn’t work. As a workaround, try to restart your device.
We are working on a solution. A new software version will be available within November, 2016.
Note! Software rollouts are a phased process – timings & availability may vary by market/carrier.
Tip: If the barometer feature is an important feature to you, it might help to disable the Google Location History as a work around.

I initially thought that doing an update to a newer home version caused this, but using the original one causes the same issue.
This is really bad Sony. I enjoy using Sony Smartphones ever since my first xperia, but this bug is not acceptable!
I hope it'll be fixed ASAP cause it makes the phone near unusable for me...
