First post on the Sony community and it's a support question (oh well!)
I purchased a Sony A6000 (great camera!) and some lenses, both eligible for the Summer double cashback. Even though I completed the summer double cashback on the website at https://www.sony.co.uk/cashback/digital-imaging (URL no longer available) about two weeks ago, I received no email and no cashback in my bank account relating to my order number: 303837071. Also my order number is nowhere to be found under my profile although I do have an email in my inbox.
Please let me know how I can proceed about this.
