Welcome to the Sony Community.
Can you let me know the full model of your BRAVIA TV?

Hi Calliesam,
That's very strange. I believe you can refresh the connection to the server, the feature is called Refresh Internet content. You can do that by pressing Home - Settings - Network - Refresh Internet content.
Cheers,

Hi @calliesam
It’s a good excuse to update your vintage 2011 TV to 4K HDR before 8K becomes the norm 😀
You should note that this is a user community, so nobody cares if you NEVER buy a Sony product again. But I can certainly understand your frustration.
Just in case you are not aware, you could add a Fire TV or Roku Stick to give you a host of streaming services if you are interested in increasing the longevity of your TVs.

Hi Calliesam,
Have you tried connecting the TV to a different network? It might be network connection related.
Cheers,
