Ive had a dig around and cant seem to find the remote codes - but isnt it the connecting equipment that you input the remote codes for the TV's remote control?

Yes it is..but i would like to try a universal remote control the ''One For All Smart 7960'' , i have some codes by the manual and they do operate the sony remote control but not completely....but anyway i can also teach the remote control with the macro commands.....

Gotcha.  I was just a bit confused thats all. 

Thought that this might also be related to your sync issue anyhow.
