KDL-55w905a restart

Hey! Have owned a Sony KDL-55w905a in nearly two years and it is absolutely great except for one thing, as soon as I use the youtube app freezes the image and the TV restarts. This has been done from the very beginning between 0-5 minutes while using the app. TV has the latest software and I drive over wifi. Usually use the youtube app in my harman kardon system instead, and then it will go well, also over wifit. What's wrong?

Hi there

Can you please try a factory reset of the tv, as this should clear any 'gremlins'

Please post back once you have done so and tested youtube again.
