• Hello there first of all my TV Model is KD-55X7000E . So have you issued any update other than 1.535. Would you please update the Youtube language selection so that I can choose Eng or Arabic just like other Youtube devices. Finally you may issue a new update to solve TV Apps stick problems.

Welcome to the Sony Community.

In order to receive software updates, make sure the Automatic software download setting from your TV is turned ON. This way, as soon as an update is available for your device, it will start downloading automatically. If you turned this setting OFF, you will have to manually check if updates are available for your TV.

Thanks a lot buddy, your help is appreciated. Anyhow it was set to the on position before.
