Cannot connect to any wifi

Plz I have a sony bravia KDL-37EX403 but trying to connect to internet through my android phone hotsport to the TV wireless but not connected and displaying no Wifi network was found plz what is the way to connect to TV Wifi through wireless.  Thanks
