I wonder if anyone can help me. I have the above TV, where a while back I lost all sound on HDMI 1, which is linked to my BT youview box. Plus had the unsupported audio signal message come up. I am no technical whizz so had to call someone in to check. They couldn't work it out so had to reset the BT box, so losing all recordings, but sound did come back.
I've been getting the error message come up again, but with sound still. Until tonight. Sound is fine when I play DVDs - via HDMI 2.
I have searched online / in this community and it seems there is a software update, but I can't find this . . . .
Does anyone have any advice please? I really don't want to have to reset the BT box again as loads saved to entertain the kids!!! As you can probably tell I'm in way over my head so simple terminology please!
