How to install Apps on memory card instead of internal phone memory?

After installing many apps my phone now says that its low on memory. but i do have 1.75 GB available space on my memory card. How can I install the Apps on memory card instead of phone memory?

Sadly you can't, not possible for Android 2.1 and lower.

Unless phone is running Android 2.2 and above (and provided apps support that).
