helppp - i have fogotten my screen unlock pattern and security question and i am locked out my phone :(

i have followed all the suggestions on troubleshooting etc but my phone wont unlock - is there anything i can do??????

Can you clarify that you have used the Update Service to remove the pattern lock from the handset. If not please use the link below to download this software.

Hiiii Mod... I have the same prob.. I've installed PC Companion and its saved in my copmuter etc BUT when i go to find device (Mobile) it say tap the status link and then do this that the other. But i cant access anything you get it? its either answer the question or make and emergency call thats it.. Pleasseeeeee Help any help would be apreciated

Instead of using PC Companion use the link I have provided above as this is different software which will remove the pattern lock from the handset.
