Checking RAM usage

Can anybody tell me, how to check Ram usage, free Ram and clear cache memory without installing softwares like Clean Master etc????

To check RAM go to settings>apps>Running apps. Bottom of the screen u can see free ram or used ram

To clear cache go to settings>storage>cached data. Click on cached data. It ll ask u to clear app cache.

This should be just fine.Settings-apps-running,from there you can also force close apps.

My phone has morethan 400 mb( ram) but I can download any apps. Divice show storage problem pls solv
