In other words the physical camera button has "never" worked? if that's the case return the phone.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Looks like you need a software repair
Install PC Companion > Connect your phone > On PC Companion press Software Update > Press on a small blue line "repair phone/tablet" > wait for repair
See if theres improvement after that

That's how the camera button work, it's a 2 step button, the first stop is to focus > second stop is to snap the picture, I don't understand the problem.

I understand that it's a two step button but I don't feel the first step only the second one. Yes I bought it like that last monday, I noticed it instantly but I was thinking maybe I have to enable it or something like that so it didn't bother me that much, but now its pretty frustrating cause I always used Sony phones and could never believe that Sony would ship out a defected phone.
