UBP-X800M2 Bluetooth connection to Sony WH1000XM5

The BluRay player UBP-X800M2 can connect via Bluetooth to a pair of headphones, and I was able to connect a pair of cheap earbuds without issues.
However, I did  not manage to connect Sony's own WH1000XM5, and also not the XM3.
Does anyone have a successful experience or any advice?
Thank you!

Hey @Bogdan.romanovschi

did you try to reset both of the headphones and check again?

The issue may be with your Bluetooth settings or compatibility. Make sure your WH-1000XM5 or XM3 headphones are in pairing mode and not already connected to another device. You can also try updating your BluRay player firmware or resetting your headphones. If the issue persists, you may want to check for any known compatibility issues between the UBP-X800M2 and these specific headphones.

Thanks for your reply pa_jesss, however I would imagine that the OP has resolved their problem since there hasn’t been a response and this thread has been marked a solved..😉
