We have the CT260H soundbar which has been working fine since we bought it about three years ago. Suddenly we have no sound either when it connects to the TV or via Bluetooth. We have reset the soundbar and replaced the optical cable but still no sound. The HDMI cable seems fine as the TV recognises the soundbar but no sound.
