Hi there,
has anyone else had this problem? My blu Ray was connected to the internet just fine last night, this morning keeps telling me ‘connection status cannot be confirmed and a network error has occured’ When I visit the Sony help page it just tells me to update my settings. Thanks for the help Sony! I found a thread from 5 years ago where exactly the same thing had happened and it turned out that it was Sony’s servers that had broken and the people who had highlighted it said that the servers were actually down for 3 weeks and Sony made no mention of it. Has anyone else had this problem?
