I ordered Sony Bravia 75X75WL TV from Sony UK store due to their promotion of free installation with this TV. The TV was delivered on December 5th. The installer arranged by Sony scheduled an appointment for December 7th for the TV installation, but they then cancelled this appointment. They rescheduled the installation to December 14th and twice gave ETA for the engineer's arrival on the day. But the engineer never arrived to install the TV. I wasted my entire day waiting for the engineer to arrive. The TV is still in the box for the past 10 days waiting to be installed. Very disappointed by this awful experience of wasting customer's time. I have raised a case with Sony Customer Service to resolve this at the earliest and arrange a reliable installer immediately to install this TV.
