Xperia E3 recovery Mode

I read this

"Restart your phone to turn off all running applications and to free up memory. Press and hold down both the volume up key and the power key  for 10 seconds. After your device vibrates three times, release the keys. The device turns off automatically. After the device is turned off, restart your phone."

This only turn on the phone. Ok but how to enter in Recovery Mode?

I dont want Safe Mode(this is done with Press and hold down both the volume down key and the power key  )

You can't enter recovery mode only safe mode

OK. And what can I do in this mode? why i cannot go in Recovery mode? Safe Mode replace Recovery Mode ?

Safe mode only disable third party apps that might be causing issues. You might need to flash a custom ROM

Xperia devices don't have a recovery mode at all - All you can do is root and install a custom recovery
