My Sony Xperia C's settings doesn't work!

I have this phone for one year and now when I try to use the settings appears a pop up saying that the settings stopped. I already tried to reset the phone, but it didn't worked too. Now I don't have my applications, my phone has reseted and I still can't use the settings. Please, someone help me!

You should perform a software repair using PC Companion.

That is strange. If the reset of the phone was unsuccessful then you should go with alexdon's suggestion and do a software repair using PC Companion.
