It was rebranded as U on the 16th July.
It is available through the Youview and Catchup TV service.
If your Tv is not already on Youview press the Settings button on the remote.
Click on settings onscreen> Channels & Inputs> TV button shortcut> Digital> Live Tv & Catch Up.
Come out of Settings.
Press the TV button on your remote control, the TV will now be on Youview.
Under Featured Apps U should be listed.
