When switching on I get an annoying pop up advertising Simba. I have discovered how to remove using my Sony controller but this only temporary-it reappears each time I switch on.
Please advise how this may be permanently removed as I have no interest.

Hi there
Can you please tell me if these instructions work:
For Android TV
- Power on your TV.
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Settings.
- Select System Preferences.
- Under System Preferences, select Interactive TV settings.
- Select Disable.
Note: If Interactive TV settings don't appear under the System Preferences category, perform a power reset, and then follow the steps below.
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Settings.
- Under the Settings, select TV.
- Under the TV category, select Apps.
- Select System apps.
- Select Samba System Manager.
- Select Forced Stop.
- Select Yes.
- Select Disable.
- Select Yes.
