Hi guys,i have to write to you to learn from my case about sony tvs
Im from greece but the sony guarantee is the same
Before 8 months i bought a sony af9 55
Before one month when i did the latest update the tv went to bootloop
I did all the sony guarantee says,send it to local service and after one week they send me the tv back,
they replaced the motherboard
The tv was having whithe image burning in the panel
Was losing video picture in movies not sound
White lines like a bad vga chip
I contact again with them,they took it and again after one week again they bring it back again with new motherboard
The tv was with the same and new problems
When i was tryning to change a colour setting the tv was doing nothing
White balance not working
Colour settings was not working
And when i did a fatory reset it bricked
Again,
Contact to them again,they took it
and for a 3rd time they want to replace the same motherboard
The tv is 8 month old,
One month is for the same problem in sony service
And the dont seem and understand that something else causing this
I contact to sony support here in uk finding for a solution but they dont help me either
if it was samsung or lg,
they were replace the tv from the 2nd attemp for repair
so guys this is my history
Be carefull in future
