kd-55xf75 netflix not starting

I just bought the kid-55xf75

When ever i start Netflix it briefly tries to start, then goes back to main App screen again.

the Netflix button won’t work either 

any suggestions?

Solved it by rebooting the tv with a long press on power ( until Sony logo appears)
