What’s the best solution to re boot my Sony tv .

Hello it is kdl-50w/705b it has gone black before but I don’t know how but it went fine . Then all of sudden it happened again . Not much you can do when your pretty much locked out 🙄

Hi @K24har   If a simple reset doesn't work then you could try a factory reset. The instructions for when you are locked out are below. Failing that contact Sony UK Support
