How long does it takes for the warranty services to be done usually?
Got the address to post by email with the prepaid post , but decided to add registered to be able to see when it delivered, two days later after delivered and no any update... colled to the number provided on the email but they cant tell any information about my camera at all. Even dont have a clue where is the camera? Didnt get any emails or anything...
who is responsible if the camera lost? How does it works? Any help?
