Hi
I correctly and succesffuly registered a Summer Cashback Claim for my Sony Alpha A7iii. No issue.
However, i clicked the "Claim another product" (Or whatever the respective button was) for my 85mm f1.8 lens.
I completed the form, which followed with an error page for the claim, asking me to log-in.
I then try again, and the site states an error message saying..
"
Please check the following error(s):
"
..yet, i never received a confirmation mail concerning the first attempt on the cashback for the lens. What's going on here? I have no claim ID, as i have no email. The lens is new, no previous owners and was bought from a high street shop.
Please help!
