Sony a9 firmware update

Hi folks,

I recently bought a Sony Alpha a9 with the 24-105 lens and I am going to update the firmware on a Mac.

Reading up on this there has been some issues that it doesn't work some of the time. Have these been resoved now?

I'm not aware of any issues with the firmware update.  You can find more details on the latest Software Update for Mac here.
