Problem registering a7 mark4 extended waranty

Trying to register the one year extended warranty but the online form is not letting me enter full serial no which starts from ww and there are 8 total alphabets and numbers . Online form is just letting me enter 7. I tried with out ww but it didn't work. Can anybody help please.

Hey Umer,

Well, gotta tell you buddy that you're probably entering the wrong serial number cause the serial is a 7 digit number. And it's usually listed at sticker on the camera: https://bit.ly/3AoUsoZ.

Or is it the the 7 numbers just over maid in Thailand?

Hey, probably that's it, it's going to be the 7 digit number at the bottom of the camera.
