Not supported ARW files?

Hi i am trying to view my images through the Viewer but there is a message appearing that says "some of the media files cannot be processed because their file formats are not supported"

I am using a SONY a7iii and the latest update of Imaging edge.

Please advise asap

Hi @diapsony,

I am not aware of any incompatibilites with the files of the a7III.

Have you tried to uninstall and re-install the software?
