NEX 3 shutter failure

Hello,
currently the shutter of my NEX3 is out of order.
I disassembled the camera to control the shutter operation. I think it's solved.
But ... when I reassembled the camera, when turning on the power, it no longer works.
I disassembled it a second time, checked all the flex connections and the battery charge.
Same problem.
Is there a trick for the release of the motherboard?

Hi Sean,
thank you for your recommendation.
I contacted the support team and the solution was to have the camera checked by Sony engineers.
I don't think I'll give a follow up to that.
My nex3 is an old camera and I don't think that financially it is interesting.

Thanks for your help.
I do not give up. Sony's technical services sent me an exploded view of the camera.
I will disassemble it again and again until I find a solution.
I like to disassemble and reassemble. I also do it on Compur shutters.
With better results.
