Files show up on my camera but nowhere else. HELP!

Hi! There are files that exist on my memory card for the Sony a7iii, but they literally won’t show up anywhere except the camera. (I’m trying to import them to my MacBook Pro 2017). I filmed some videos with 120p 100M settings and those show up fine as MP4s. But then I switched recording to 30p 50M at some point and those videos don’t even show up as an option to import anywhere. I’m wondering if the settings for 30p 50M changed the file format to something my Mac just isn’t seeing. Not sure what else to try to get those videos off my camera. HELP!
