Control Dial lock function on a77ii

Hi guys, 

I work in a camera shop and had a customer come in who was a quadroplegic. Because of this, we were wondering about the control dial lock button on the A77ii. 

We believe (by looking at photos) that the A77ii does indeed have a control dial lock button, however, we were wondering if the lock button functions by pushing and holding the lock button to move the contol dial (like the Canon EOS systems), or if the lock functions on a push once to lock and again to unlock (like you have on the olympus systems). 

I know that this isn't the most interesting question, but it would take two seconds for someone to check, and would really help us a lot.
