Conflicting Cashback Emails

Hi everyone, 
I purchased a A73 and 55mm 1.8 in July, and recently submitted my cashback claim. I just had one email to tell me that one of the claims were successful, and then two emails straight after to tell me both claims were invalid, as the purchase was less than 30 days ago. But as the purchase was made on the 26th of July, well, you can see that's not true. 

Any advice on what to do with the matter? The email suggests I make a claim after the 30 days has passed, but it has, so it doesn't leave me with a solid idea.
