Cashback - proof of purchase validation

Does anyone know how long it takes to have proof of purchase validated please?

I submitted my cashback claim form on 14th Jan and the status on my cashback claim is still showing “Thank you! Your proof of purchase has been received and is currently being validated.”

I would get in touch with Support about this as they will be able to

see what stage your claim is at and how long it may take.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I phoned on the support no. on Tuesday 15th and was informed that it would normally take 48 hours to verify the proof or purchase.

I then phoned back on Thursday 17th and was informed that it is still waiting to be verified and that it could take up to two weeks! They were also not able to tell me what stage it had reached. They did say that I would receive an email if there was anything wrong with the claim.

Yeah - Support are the only people that would know about your claim.

You could always try them again next week just to triple check.

By Midday 22nd Jan, my claim was still awaiting validation!
After another call to the support line, they said that my claim form would be given a higher priority as it should have been validated by now. And true to their word, I received my email confirming validation very soon after the phone call!
