Is anyone having the same issue as me when they're trying to claim the cashback? I get to the form where you enter the contact details and the email box is grayed out so I'm unable to enter any text into it, but it's a field you must enter to submit. I've tried this on my Mac, a window PC using chrome AND windows explorer. I'm logged in as I'm trying to submit so it feels like the email should automatically populate?

Thanks for the advice. I've tried to clear the cache but it still didn't work. I've now created a new account on mySony and that seemed to have solved it for some strange reason!

I've just tested the website and I didn't face this issue. Could you try to clear the cache of the browser and let us know if it works?
