A9 Extended Warranty

I bought a A9 and 100-400 lens with a Sony +1 year extended warranty.

Am able to register and activate the camera but not the lens.

I enter 24 digits into the browser and it then asks me to "enter the digits etc"

Have tried six browser.  

Think Sony needs some more software engineers.

Hopefully the camera will be alright?
