Xperia 10, worth it for £150 🤪?

Hello everyone,,

I've found a great deal for a brand new Xperia 10 for £150.

Now having looked at some reviews online, they seem mixed. Lots say the phone lags a lot and is slow due to the 630 processor inside. Anyone with the phone shed any light on this?

For me, I won't be using the phone for any sort of gaming so maybe the 630 will be OK for my usage?

Also I've seen the battery life is pretty average according to the size, how does this play out In real world usage? https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/

All I really want is a decent camera, and decent performance. I'll only really be using it for the basics calls texts social media Web browsing.

Although I do watch a lot of YouTube content which the 21:9 ratio is what's attracted me.

So, anyone with the phone or opinions on the phone if it's worth it for the £150 I can grab it for?

Thanks 👊👊

I mean it's a mid range phone and £150 is quite a good deal imo.

For just regular browsing, social , and video watching etc it will be more than ok, I'd do it.

It is a good deal since you are a light user.

it's missing a full gyroscope, so for a non-gamer, you won't even notice its missing.

You might notice when you walk turn by turn directions.

Content consumption is amazing with 21:9 and multi-tasking. Multi-tasking with YouTube on top and web browsing at the same time is a feature I didn't use until the Xperia 10. Since the screen is tall, the smaller browsing seems like a normal height.

The thinness is very pleasing, even with a case it still feels slim. It does lack a bit of speed. However, the design is nice, being chinless. When they first released the phone, it had sound crackling issues, but that was a software issue they fixed.

The next phone coming up is Xperia 10 ii, which they raise the bar for a mid-range device, having the design closer to Xperia 1, changing the chip, and being water-resistant.
