All the specs says sony xperia 10 model l3113 is dual sim can anyone confirm and how do u use please
Hi @Tanyas666, welcome to our forum!
There are 4 different models of the Xperia 10, 2 Single SIM and 2 Dual SIM.
The Single SIM versions are I3113 and I3123 and the Dual SIM versions are I4113 and I4193.
In your case, you have the single SIM version and that only supports 1 SIM card and 1 SD card, not 2 SIM cards.
I hope that answers your question!
this is terrible news as i purchased thinking it was dual sim as all the info on here under the phone states it was also on google searches and you tube i serched everywhare for this model i feel like ive been miss sold why isnt the model numbers listed next to the sim details.
it actually says on the box which model you have. like the actual model number
yes thank you i serched the model number it still said the same dual sim it was only when i recived it that i realized it wasnt i also serched the imei number it all said the same very confusing including you tube videos reviews ect i thought it was a multi funtion sd slot from my understanding so i could either use the sd for memory or a second sim.
Hi again @Tanyas666, sorry to hear that.
As there are different versions of the Xperia 10 and they are launched in different markets, it always good to double check either with the seller, or directly with Sony before purchasing a product if there is a specific specification that is important to you.
I understand this does not help you right now, but for the future.
You can always contact the seller/retailer and see if you can return the device and get your money back, however the Xperia 10 in a Dual SIM version may not at all be launched in your market and the Single SIM version is the only one available.
